Defective or Damaged Items
We take great care in crafting and packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopnativerefined@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case promptly and do our best to make it right.
Please note that Native Refined is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your package appears to have been damaged during shipping, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items for documentation.
