No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent from Native Refined.
2. Product Authenticity & Craftsmanship
Each Native Refined piece is handcrafted in Missouri using authentic, upcycled materials. Because every item is unique, small variations in color, texture, or finish are expected and celebrated as part of its character.
3. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Because of the one-of-a-kind, handmade nature of our products, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact shopnativerefined@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can review your concern.
4. Shipping
We offer free UPS Ground shipping within the U.S.
For international shipping inquiries, please email shopnativerefined@gmail.com for a custom quote.
Native Refined is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to purchases from Native Refined shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Lake Ozark, Missouri.
6. Changes to Terms
Native Refined reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
