Domestic Shipping
We offer free UPS Ground shipping within the United States on all orders.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.

Insurance & Responsibility
All packages include standard insurance up to $200.
Native Refined is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all packaging materials for documentation.
Returns & Exchanges
Because of the handcrafted, one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing and reach out with any questions.
